H The Dark Romantics is the brainchild of Eric Collins (ex Denison Marrs, The Party People). With help from brother-in-law Dean Lorenz (also ex Denison Marrs, The John Ralston Band, The Party People), Collins has combined what he loved and learned from both projects to create The Dark Romantics: a darker, sexier, groovier sound. Heartbreaker is the bands' highly-anticipated sophomore effort--13 tracks of the rollicking guitar-rock we've come to expect from this Lakeland, Fl quintet. Heartbreaker boasts the most impressive vocals we've seen from Collins so far, and matches this with epic instrumentation and some crazy-as-hell hooks that will absolutely find their way into your indie-rock head.
