 纳米机器人 not working

I downloaded 纳米机器人 from http://www.canton8.com/forum/read.php?tid=227247 =tNiIU

when I try to download any files from: StL[\9~:

the file just loads in 纳米机器人 but does not start downloading. Does anyone know why ? O}-7 V5
