Dust-stomping, fist-fighting, folk-you songs for acoustic street punks and dreamers. The essence and excitement of New York City never fails to inspire every dreamer who experiences it first hand. London-via-Brooklyn songwriter Ben Godwin is the latest to fall prey to the whims of the world’s greatest city. His recently released album, “Skin And Bone”, offers nine twisted cabaret tales of city life told through his grisly baritone and unique vaudeville-pop poetic: tales of beauty, struggle and hope amongst the chaos and filth of the sidewalks, subways and skylines. ~ns7O
