　　這是新一輯<德州電鋸大屠殺>的第二部，故事發生於原有故事的前三年1969年，美其名是要揭開電鋸狂魔成魔之謎，但電影中只有少部份電鋸殺人魔的成長經歷，而且只是從電影的開埸用少量文字及幾幕來輕輕交代了事，對他成長中所受的精神壓力實在不能感受…當然，很明顯地，這不是此片的買點，而且英文原名是簡單的“the beginning”，完全?有任何成魔的意思，beginning一字含意甚多，可以只是電鋸狂魔的第一次殺人經歷，在這樣的理解下，電影也不算過份離題...以一部買弄血腥觀能刺激的電影而言，這?對是一部上等佳作，電影節奏緊湊，導演單刀直入，很快便到故事主題，要多血腥有多血腥，要多驚嚇有多驚嚇，一些意想不到的畫面亦呈現於銀幕之上，冷血氣氛甚濃，能叫你喘不過氣，但是有很多殺戮埸面都用了很多剪接效果去交代，?有直接拍攝，埸境只是輕輕帶過， 加上電影將色調暗，將血腥程度減低...雖然電影都避過了很多電鋸直接攻擊的拍攝，不過，不能忽視聲音的恐怖，那種電鋸鋸破骨骼的聲音?對嚇人。 ]/aRc=Gn
