Canadian sibling duo Tegan & Sara have completed work on their fifth album, "The Con," due July 24 via Vapor/Sanctuary Records. As previously tipped here, twin sisters Tegan and Sara Quin tapped Death Cab For Cutie guitarist Chris Walla to produce the album. ^ohIJcI-
