The New Orleans native might just be one of the freshest artists to hit the Christian music scene in the past year and Real, the debut's title, serves as evidence that Smith is just that. From the intro of "Get Up" to the aptly titled "Outro", Real not only showcases the immense talents of Smith but lays an impressive groundwork for future efforts to branch off. The key? "This is Certain" begins with a more stated pop-rock riff and becomes a track The Fray would be proud of with a piano-driven melody that is just, well, fun.
