因 XP SP2 好似有 maximum # of concurrent TCP connection attempts, 如果试得太多次，你架机或人地架机都唔得閒招呼，你拒绝人地, 或者人地拒绝你, vice versa.. 就即系 refuse to establish connection。 ~*mOt7G
