o6L\39v_ &-M>@BMy TThe Gallery was formed in a Massachusetts basement in the winter of 2006 out of the pure urgency to create something to inspire. They quickly recorded a 4 song self titled EP and soon the evolution began. The one problem was that they could only play and record when bass player Dave Mozdzanowski was on break from school at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Meanwhile (now) singer and guitarist Brendan Cooney and lead guitarist Shea Brennan were finishing their senior year of high school. Older brother, drummer Ryan Cooney was at Bryant University thinking to himself, "How are we going to make this work"? Then, during one of his famous karaoke showers, he must have slipped on the soap, struck his head, and had an epiphany. "Let's all go to school in Florida".
Bc { j0Su s I>I Now with an album in tow The Gallery are ready and willing to bring their unique brand of uplifting indie rock to the masses. This 10 song non-stop sing along album entitled "If You Know What I Mean" comes out on August 12th on Blue Duck Records. Engineered and produced deep in the swamps of Florida by Andrew Wade (A Day to Remember) this album sounds as if Stay What You Are era Saves the Day were dancing with The Exit then got punched in the face by some southern rock gentlemen for not knowing that was his girl. Though, that really wouldn't make him much of a gentleman at all...do you know what I mean?
